John W Boo, CEO
John Boo has been named Chief Executive Officer of Comprendium and a member of the Supervisory Board. He joins Comprendium from Citigroup's investment banking group in New York. He has specialized in advising financial institutions for more than fifteen years as an investment banker and strategic and operational consultant. John is a Certified Public Accountant and holds an MBA from Columbia Business School.
Caspar Graf von Preysing, CFO
Caspar Preysing is CFO of Comprendium. Prior to joining Comprendium in 2004, Caspar spent 10 years in London, working in Audit at a leading international accountancy firm and later as a senior corporate finance professional at different investment banks. Caspar holds an MA in Economics and Politics from the University of Edinburgh, is a qualified chartered accountant (ACA) and a member of the ICAEW.
Peter Köhler, Managing Director Sales & Marketing
Prior to joining Comdisco in 1997, which was merged with Comprendium Financial Services in May 2003, he worked in different managerial positions in finance companies. Having worked as a sales representative for Siemens-Nixdorf he later joined the Deutsche Bank-group as a managing partner of Finanzplan GbR. He has been Sales Director of Comprendium before accepting the position of the Managing Director of Sales and Marketing.
